Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. We currently do not have business hours over the weekend for shipping.
Shipping fees are dependent on where your order is being delivered. However, shipping is free when you spend more than $95 on a single order!
Most things ship via USPS Ground and takes an average of 2-5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.

We currently can only ship within the United States. We hope to be able to expand to other countries soon!
One Woof is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please kindly submit a claim with the mail carrier.
